Job summary

Cinergy Technology Inc. is seeking a Technical Project Manager to coordinate IT and network implementation within transit-related capital projects. You will oversee planning, stakeholder coordination, and technical reviews across multiple concurrent efforts from design through closeout.

The role requires leadership of project teams, strong communication with SMEs, and governance of the PPM tool. A PMP or equivalent certification plus 10+ years of experience is highly preferred, with NJ project

Qualifications

• Ten or more years managing large, complex infrastructure or technology projects.
• Experience with plan review processes and construction documentation workflows.
• Strong experience coordinating technical review cycles with engineering and IT teams.
• Experience reviewing network diagrams, schedules, RFIs, and specifications.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and MS Visio; able to create and interpret plans.
• Experience with Planview or other PPM tools is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate IT and network component construction projects across design, review, construction, and implementation phases.
• Lead technical design reviews of IT, electrical, and network components.
• Capture feedback from SMEs and ensure timely issue resolution.
• Act as liaison among SMEs, Engineering, IT, vendors, and construction teams.
• Coordinate SME site visits, inspections, and documentation reviews for issue tracking.
• Review drawings, specifications, network diagrams, shop drawings, and RFIs for validation.
• Manage RFIs, submittals, and design clarifications with stakeholders.
• Oversee project execution within staffing, budget, and resource constraints.
• Lead project teams to define business requirements and develop schedules for on-time delivery.
• Communicate project updates clearly to sponsors and leadership.
• Administer the PPM tool, users, permissions, and intake workflows.
