Job summary

You will lead cross-functional and third-party teams, align objectives with sponsors, and drive governance and reporting to executives. The role requires expert PM discipline across predictive, agile, and hybrid environments, with proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and dependencies globally.

Qualifications

• Expert knowledge of project and program management principles across predictive, agile, and hybrid environments.
• Ability to independently structure and lead large, complex, high-visibility technology initiatives with multiple stakeholders, workstreams, vendors, and dependencies.
• Advanced capability in planning, risk/issue management, financial management, resource planning, and benefits tracking.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of large IT projects from initiation to operations and benefits realization.
• Develop delivery strategy and integrated plan including scope, schedule, budget, quality, and change activities.
• Clarify objectives with sponsors and control functions; maintain alignment as conditions change.
• Establish governance, reporting cadence, and escalation paths appropriate to risk and complexity.
• Lead matrixed teams and vendors across locations and time zones; coach staff and remove barriers.
• Identify and resolve cross-functional issues; develop options and present recommendations.
