Job summary

Covenant HR LLC is recruiting for a Senior IT Project Manager to lead large-scale, enterprise technology programs within secure, regulated environments. This is a remote role within the United States on a 1-year contract, demanding strategic planning, governance, and executive communication across IT, cybersecurity, infrastructure, and business teams.

Qualifications

10+ years of IT project/program management experience, including 5+ years leading large-scale enterprise programs with multimillion-dollar budgets.
Experience delivering technology programs in secure, highly regulated environments.
Strong governance, risk, controls, compliance, and audit experience, including RAID management and audit readiness.
Proven leadership of cross-functional enterprise technology programs spanning infrastructure, applications, cybersecurity, business teams, vendors, and multiple workstreams.
Executive stakeholder management and communication to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale enterprise technology programs within secure, regulated environments.
Own program roadmaps, schedules, budgets, resources, scope, dependencies, risks, issues, and change requests.
Establish and maintain program governance structures, steering committees, executive reporting, controls, and delivery standards.
Coordinate across business leadership, IT, cybersecurity, infrastructure, compliance teams, external partners, and vendors.
Manage programs involving secure networks, controlled environments, protected information, cybersecurity requirements, and access controls.
Oversee vendor SOWs, contractual deliverables, service performance, and adherence to security and governance requirements.
Proactively identify, track, and mitigate program risks with RAID documentation and audits.
Utilize Waterfall, Agile, and Hybrid methodologies to deliver complex initiatives.
Drive executive-level communication regarding program health, financials, dependencies, risks, and strategic recommendations.
Experience with ERP, Cloud, Infrastructure Modernization, Cybersecurity, and Digital Transformation programs preferred.
Experience with ServiceNow, Azure DevOps, Jira, Microsoft Project, and Microsoft 365 preferred.
PMP, PgMP, PMI-ACP, PRINCE2 or equivalent certifications and exposure to NIST/CMMC frameworks preferred.
