Job summary

Northrop Grumman is seeking an experienced Manager Computer Systems Analysis 1 for on-site support at the Linthicum, MD campus. This role leads a team of system administrators, desktop technicians, and network engineers to maintain secure, multi-domain information systems.

The position requires an active U.S. Government Secret clearance or CEP enrollment, and the ability to obtain SAP access before starting. Candidates should have strong Windows domain experience and relevant IT certifications.

Qualifications

• Active U.S. Government Secret level security clearance is required.
• Experience with Windows domains including Active Directory, GPOs, policies and permissions.
• U.S. Government 8140 IAM Level I certification or equivalent (e.g., Security+ CE) required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor staff of systems administrators and network engineers.
• Isolate issues across software, firmware, hardware, OS, networks, and applications.
• Maintain classified servers and networks with patching, upgrades, monitoring, and configuration.
