Responsibilities

• Execute Chief Information and Data Office strategy and operational activities including service delivery, requirements gathering, build vs buy analyses, infrastructure solutions and project execution.
• Act as the CIDO ambassador to program leadership, functional organizations, and site employees, and advocate to represent program requirements and concerns to the CIDO PMO management.
• Effectively interact with CIDO, classified IT, and business leadership to optimize strategies, including managing budget and costs.
• Oversee proposal development, staffing plan development, product and service acquisition and delivery, partnering and communication to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate testing and acceptance of CIDO initiatives, pre-production and user training, and ongoing feedback.
• Monitor customer satisfaction with service delivery and engage CIDO/Global Operations resources to meet SLAs.
• Develop relationships with cross functional sector groups and drive simplification improvements aligned with business objectives.
• Escalate service actions and delivery priorities as required.
• Identify systemic issues and coordinate solutions with CIDO/Global Operations teams.
• Develop, present, and obtain approvals for CIDO budgets, project plans, and initiatives.
• Deliver leadership and collaboration across the Defense Systems CIDO PMO, SDS Div, and enterprise initiatives.
