Job summary

Northrop Grumman is seeking a Senior Chief Information and Data Office Program Manager to support the Sentinel program in Northern Utah. It involves leading IT strategy, service delivery, and coordinating with enterprise groups to ensure successful delivery of CIDO services.

The role requires a Secret clearance with ability to obtain TS and SAP access, and a willingness to travel up to 10%. Primary responsibilities include budget planning, stakeholder engagement, and driving improvements across

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 8 years of related experience or Master’s with 6 years.
• 3 years of management experience / program management.
• US Citizenship with active Secret clearance, ability to obtain Top Secret clearance and SAP access.
• Experience with project management, cost, budgets, or scheduling.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Execute CIDO strategy and operational activities including service delivery and infrastructure solutions.
• Act as ambassador to program leadership and advocate for program requirements.
• Interact with CIDO and Global Operations leadership to optimize strategies and budgets.
• Oversee proposal development, staffing plans, acquisitions, and deliverables.
• Coordinate testing, user training, and feedback loops.
• Develop relationships across cross-functional groups to align objectives.
