Qualifications

• Master’s degree or 5+ years leading complex projects.
• 5+ years in project planning, scheduling, risk management, or performance reporting.
• PM certifications (PMP, PgMP) preferred.
• Experience developing and maintaining schedules, WBS, IMS, budgets, performance metrics, and executive reporting.
• Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and hybrid approaches.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all aspects of contract performance, including execution, workforce performance, deliverables, cost, schedule, quality, risk, and customer satisfaction.
• Serve as primary point of contact to the Contracting Officer, COR, and government stakeholders for task-order performance and priorities.
• Provide leadership and integration of contract workforce across IT Program Management, Budget & Acquisition, and Mission Support.
