Job summary

Simple Solutions is seeking a highly motivated Project Manager to lead technology and business-focused initiatives. This role requires a Top Secret clearance and involves mostly remote work with some travel, onsite as required.

The Project Manager will manage scope, schedule, budget, risks, and stakeholder communications while aligning with the client's culture of innovation, integrity, customer focus, and collaboration. A strong track record in delivering complex programs is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of project management experience delivering technology and/or business transformation initiatives.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, including Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid approaches.
• Demonstrated experience working with executive stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from initiation through closure, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource forecasts.
• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria.
• Monitor project progress and proactively address risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Ensure adherence to project management methodologies and governance standards.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
• Facilitate executive-level communications, status reporting, and steering committee meetings.
• Build strong partnerships with clients, delivery teams, vendors, and business leaders.
• Manage expectations and ensure stakeholder alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
• Track project budgets, forecasts, and financial performance.
• Coordinate project resources to ensure optimal utilization and successful execution.
• Support capacity planning and resource allocation efforts.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks.
• Establish and maintain issue and action logs.
• Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and customer expectations.
• Drive continuous improvement and lessons learned activities.
