Job summary

Gepact is seeking a Senior IT Program Manager to oversee multiple cross-functional teams delivering complex IT initiatives from planning through execution. The role requires strong executive communication, strategic thinking, and the ability to translate technical details for executive stakeholders.

Projects include nearshore roles and Canadian initiatives, with potential M&A-related work. Remote work from the US with hours aligned to US Eastern Time.

Qualifications

• Ability to translate technical concepts into executive language for exec calls.
• Experience directing multiple cross-functional teams on IT programs with clear outcomes.
• Preference for PMP or PMI- based project management competency.

Responsibilities

• Direct the efforts of multiple cross-functional project teams to achieve defined results within time, budget, and scope for medium/high complexity projects.
• Assemble project teams, develop work plans, manage deliverables and vendor relationships to meet contractual commitments.
• Track milestones, manage risks and change control, and communicate status to stakeholders via standardized reports.
