Job summary

Apex IT in the United States is seeking an experienced Oracle Program Manager to lead complex Oracle Cloud transformation programs across CX, ERP, and HCM, including releases and integrations. You will align scope, schedule, budget, and resources while coordinating with executives and delivery teams.

You will manage multiple projects, drive governance, ensure quality, and mentor delivery leads. Remote or on-site work at client locations with global teams, including our US and India presence and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent
• 8+ years in program and project management
• 5+ years managing Oracle Cloud implementations across CX, ERP, HCM

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of Oracle Cloud implementations, enhancements, upgrades, and transformations.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects across Oracle CX, ERP, and HCM portfolios.
• Develop and maintain integrated program plans, schedules, budgets, and resource forecasts.
• Monitor project performance; proactively manage scope, issues, risks, and dependencies.
• Ensure delivery meets customer expectations, contracts, and business objectives.
• Facilitate executive steering committee meetings and provide program-level reporting.
