The Franklin County Auditor’s Office is seeking a senior-level IT Project Manager to lead and stabilize a portfolio of in-flight technology projects following a tax accounting system migration. Reporting to the IT Director, you will drive execution, structure, and accountability across active initiatives to ensure successful delivery.

Responsibilities include managing migration-related projects, maintaining executable project plans, and providing clear status updates to executive leadership.

• Senior-level judgment and demonstrated experience stabilizing complex IT projects.
• Ability to drive execution, structure, and accountability across active initiatives.
• Experience with project planning, scheduling, and reporting to executives.

Responsabilités

• Provide day-to-day operational management of multiple active IT projects.
• Report directly to the IT Director and align execution with leadership priorities.
• Manage projects related to application migration, data warehouse updates, and reporting remediation.
• Break work into milestones and deliverables with executable plans and schedules.
• Coordinate work across analysts, developers, SMEs, and consultants.
• Mentor analysts on documentation and project discipline.
• Facilitate project meetings and use Microsoft Teams and Outlook for coordination.
• Provide concise status reporting to executive leadership and escalate issues when needed.
• Ensure documentation is complete and suitable for audit reviews.
