Itero Group is seeking an experienced IT Project/Program Manager to support modernization of a Loan Origination & Loan Servicing Platform. You will lead cross-functional teams delivering enterprise technology solutions to improve lending operations, servicing workflows, reporting, integrations, and operational efficiency.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in project/program management within financial services, with experience guiding enterprise application initiatives and coordinating

Qualifications

• 10+ years of project/program management experience in enterprise environments.
• Experience delivering enterprise financial services technology initiatives.
• Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid delivery methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of a Loan Origination & Servicing Platform modernization project.
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, risks, dependencies, and resources.
• Coordinate with Commercial Lending, Credit, Operations, Technology, Risk, and Compliance teams to define requirements.
• Oversee data migration, conversion, and production cutover activities.
• Lead governance, executive reporting, RAID management, and steering committee meetings.
• Coordinate SIT, UAT, production readiness, and deployment activities.
• Manage internal delivery teams, vendors, and third-party partners.
• Ensure governance, audit, security, and regulatory compliance.
• Identify opportunities to improve lending processes and operational efficiencies.
