Job summary

Itero Group is seeking an experienced IT Project/Program Manager to support modernization of a Loan Origination & Loan Servicing Platform. You will lead cross-functional teams across business and tech to deliver enterprise technology solutions that streamline lending operations and reporting.

The role requires hands-on leadership across planning, implementation, and production support, with experience in regulated financial services.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required in a relevant field.
10+ years of project/program management experience.
5+ years leading enterprise financial services technology initiatives.
2+ years leading large-scale programs.
Experience with commercial lending, loan origination or servicing tech.
Experience with enterprise system implementations, integrations, data migration.
Strong governance, executive communication, risk and stakeholder management.
Experience delivering with Agile, Waterfall or Hybrid methods.
Experience with Jira, MS Project, Azure DevOps.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery of commercial banking system upgrade, conversion, and enhancement initiatives.
Manage scope, schedule, budget, risks, dependencies, and resource planning.
Partner with Commercial Lending, Credit, Operations, Technology, Risk, and Compliance teams to define business and technical requirements.
Coordinate ACBS integrations with upstream and downstream applications, APIs, data warehouses, and reporting platforms.
Oversee data conversion, migration, reconciliation, and production cutover activities.
Lead project governance, executive reporting, RAID management, and steering committee meetings.
Coordinate system integration testing (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT), production readiness, and deployment activities.
Manage internal delivery teams, vendors, and third-party implementation partners.
Ensure compliance with governance, audit, security, and regulatory requirements.
Identify opportunities to improve lending processes and operational efficiencies.
