Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in IT, business, or related field.
• 8+ years of IT Project Management, PMO, or related experience.
• Experience leading complex enterprise software, business systems, or infrastructure projects.
• Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile/Waterfall/hybrid methodologies.
• Ability to define scope, schedules, resources, budgets, risks and deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise technology initiatives, including ERP, cloud, and analytics projects.
• Define scope, objectives, milestones, and roadmaps for initiatives.
• Develop detailed project plans and coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Monitor progress against scope, schedule, budget, and quality.
• Facilitate governance meetings and executive reviews; manage risks and issues.
• Coordinate UAT planning, deployment planning, and production transition.
