Job summary

Louisiana Economic Development seeks an IT Program Manager to steer enterprise applications and technology-enabled business operations beyond the Office of Technology Services. You will lead modernization, integration, and project delivery while guiding Software Project Managers and agency teams.

You will coordinate priorities, establish standards, and advise on technology strategies, risks, and performance to support statewide economic development programs.

Qualifications

• Seven years of IT experience or equivalent mix of education and IT experience.
• Experience leading enterprise application implementations and modernization.
• Ability to coordinate vendors, consultants, and project teams.
• Strong analytical and business systems analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Leads complex enterprise application implementations and modernization projects.
• Establishes goals, standards, and strategies for enterprise applications.
• Oversees administration and improvement of enterprise apps like Salesforce and SharePoint.
• Provides guidance to Software Project Managers and agency staff.
• Performs advanced business systems analysis to define requirements.
• Coordinates system integration, data sharing, dashboards, and BI.
• Manages vendor/consultant scopes, schedules, and deliverables.
• Serves as principal technical advisor on technology strategies and risks.
