Job summary

Coho Consulting Group in Camp Lejeune, NC seeks an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead enterprise IT initiatives in support of the SOCOM Information Environment. You will plan, coordinate, execute, and close complex projects while aligning with customer objectives, budgets, schedules, and contract requirements.

The role serves as a trusted advisor to Government stakeholders, providing program management, acquisition planning, documentation oversight, performance monitoring, and QA

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant government program management experience may be substituted for formal education.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
• Active Top-Secret Clearance required.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Experience supporting USSOCOM or other DoD enterprise IT environments.
• Familiarity with Government acquisition regulations and contract management processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, monitoring, and closeout of assigned IT projects.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, milestones, risks, and deliverables.
• Provide program management and administrative support for multiple Government IT initiatives.
• Assist with acquisition planning and development of SOWs, PWSs, SOOs, pricing, CDRLs, and security documentation.
• Monitor contractor performance against SLAs, QA metrics, and contractual requirements.
• Prepare project status reports, scorecards, dashboards, and executive briefings.
• Coordinate with CORs, SMEs, and contractor personnel for project success.
• Maintain program documentation, contract records, and project repositories using Government systems.
• Assist in development and maintenance of documentation libraries supporting program operations.
• Review contractor deliverables for accuracy, completeness, and contractual compliance.
• Identify project risks and mitigation strategies.
• Support continuous process improvement to enhance program execution.
