Tractor Supply is seeking a Program Manager to oversee budgeting, planning, and execution of multiple inter-related IT projects in our Brentwood, TN area. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage scope, schedule, and risk, and report progress to executives.

Ideal candidates have 8–10 years in project management with at least 3 years in program management, PMP or Six Sigma certifications, and a strong background in retail logistics and distribution centers.

Qualifications

• 8-10 years project management experience required.
• Minimum of 3 years of program management across multiple IT projects.
• Experience in a retail environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct and lead delivery of highly complex IT applications and systems across multiple projects.
• Oversee program scope, schedule, budget, and quality across teams.
• Lead meetings with executive partners to align business goals and solution needs.
• Develop program vision, strategy, and implementation plans.
• Create program governance structures, roadmaps, and charters.
• Identify risks, issues, and escalate to executive leadership as needed.
• Serve as central communications point for program status.
