Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in IT project or program management.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in IT/CS/Business.
• Strong technical foundation across IT infra, software, and architecture.
• Excellent change management and performance evaluation knowledge.
• Creative problem-solving ability and PM discipline.
• Familiarity with PM software tools, methodologies, and PMI standards.
• Understanding of IT architecture, systems, and infrastructure for program alignment.
• Experience with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and PMI standards.
• Budgeting, forecasting, and financial oversight for programs.
• Risk identification, mitigation, and issue resolution.
• Knowledge of how IT supports business processes and goals.
• Resource allocation, capacity planning, and workload distribution.

Responsibilities

• The IT Program Manager oversees multiple IT projects and teams to align with strategic goals.
