Job summary

HRB in Columbus, Ohio is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead multiple small- to medium-sized projects across infrastructure, technology, and supply chain initiatives. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who can independently drive execution in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

You will manage scope, schedules, risks, dependencies, and milestones; coordinate with technology, business, operations, and vendors; and apply Waterfall methods with Agile overlays to ensure on-time

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Project Management experience.
• Experience managing multiple small- to medium-sized projects concurrently.
• Strong experience with IT infrastructure and technology projects.
• Retail and/or supply chain experience strongly preferred.
• Experience with Waterfall project management and exposure to Agile methodologies.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Proven ability to work independently and drive execution.
• Strong organization, problem-solving, and prioritization skills.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
• Supply chain, logistics, distribution, retail operations, or related technology experience is a plus.
