Toyota Material Handling North America is seeking an IT Associate Program Manager to coordinate tasks for moderately complex projects and support strategic initiatives. You will track milestones, manage resources, and ensure on-time delivery within scope and budget, under supervision.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in an office setting with project management experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• 2+ years working in a professional office environment, including experience in project management.
• Possesses good organizational skills.
• Strong communication skills (written, verbal, and interpersonal) to be able to successfully maneuver in a matrix environment.
• Demonstrated experience working with project management software/tools and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors.
• Ensure project resource needs are understood and validate assignment of resources with department managers.
• Ensure that directly assigned projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
• Facilitate approval of project scope and objectives across all relevant stakeholders.
• Work with assigned Program Manager to facilitate real-time updates of detailed project plans and monitor progress.
• Maintain status of project work items in the development management system.
