Job summary

Conch Technologies, Inc is seeking a Sr IT Project Manager to lead complex technology initiatives from initiation through delivery in a hybrid Jersey City, NJ environment, with three days onsite. You will own end-to-end delivery, translate objectives into an integrated plan, negotiate scope and schedules, drive readiness reviews, and maintain disciplined PPM and Jira alignment across teams.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of one large, complex technology project or coordinated set of initiatives.
• Translate business objectives into an integrated plan with scope, milestones, and dependencies.
• Negotiate scope, schedule, capacity and trade-offs with sponsors and leads.
• Act as central accountability for delivery health with evidence-based commitments.
• Establish project charter, integrated plan, RAID/logs and change-control records.
• Coordinate requirements, architecture, testing, security, and release activities.
• Drive readiness reviews and go/no-go decisions with rollback planning.
• Maintain disciplined PPM and Jira alignment across systems.
