Qualifications

• End-to-end delivery ownership of large technology projects in banking/finance.
• Experience coordinating requirements, architecture, engineering, testing, security and production readiness.
• Strong governance, RAID management and decision-making experience.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of one large technology project or a set of initiatives from initiation through closure.
• Translate business objectives into an integrated delivery plan with milestones, dependencies and success criteria.
• Negotiate scope, schedule and trade-offs with sponsors, leads, and vendors; drive evidence-based delivery health.
• Maintain disciplined planning and alignment across Jira, delivery teams, and governance reporting.
