Job summary

Expert Technology Services is seeking a seasoned project manager to oversee the delivery of complex technology projects within Middleware & Client Technologies (MCT). You will coordinate with sponsors, technology leads, product teams, EPMO, finance, control partners, and vendors, and ensure alignment between PPM tools and Jira for tracking and reporting.

This onsite role requires working three days per week in Jersey City, NJ, with no remote option; start date within 2–5 weeks and video

Responsibilities

• Oversee the delivery of complex technology projects specifically within Middleware & Client Technologies (MCT).
• Negotiate and manage relationships with sponsors, technology leads, product teams, EPMO, finance, control partners, and vendors.
• Ensure alignment between Project Portfolio Management (PPM) tools and Jira for project tracking and reporting.
• Maintain and update essential project documentation, including: Project charter; Integrated project plan; Milestone schedule; Delivery roadmap; RAID log (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies); Decision log; Action register; Dependency map; Stakeholder map; Change-control record.
• Work onsite 3 days per week in Jersey City, NJ (no remote option).
• Participate in video interviews as part of the selection process.
• No visa restrictions; open to all eligible candidates.
• Anticipated start date: within 2-5 weeks.
