Seagate Technology in Bloomington, MN (and Longmont, CO) seeks a Sr. Staff IT Program Manager to lead cross-functional IT projects in manufacturing environments.

You will develop roadmaps with business partners, manage multiple projects, and provide status updates to the Quality organization while addressing day-to-day issues. This on-site role requires deep understanding of manufacturing IT systems, AI/ML awareness, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Experience working with IT business systems in manufacturing environments.
• Experience collaborating with engineering teams and handling multiple projects.
• Knowledge of AI/ML capabilities and their application to productivity.

Responsibilities

• Develop a multi-year project roadmap with business partners.
• Work with cross-functional IT teams and external partners to execute projects.
