Job summary

Westinghouse Electric Company is seeking an IT Project Manager to manage high-complexity programs and a portfolio of moderate-to-high complexity IT projects. You will partner with business leaders to set strategy, ensure on-time delivery, and maintain budgets while aligning with IT governance and security standards.

Reporting to the Senior Manager of IT PMO Operational Excellence, this remote role requires strong leadership, finance, and cross-cultural communication skills.

Qualifications

• 4 years of experience in IT program management for large-scale IT projects.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Project Management, Engineering, IT, CS, Business, or related field.
• Certification in PMP or PgMP is required.
• Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Experience with IT infrastructure (hardware, software, network).
• Experience with MS Project Online and ServiceNow.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all projects within the program are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Provide strategic direction and visibility into project performance through reporting and partner engagement.
• Define complex program vision, scope, and goals; develop and monitor roadmaps.
• Oversee execution of all projects within the program and ensure alignment with goals.
• Manage program budget, resources, risks, and governance compliance.
