Job summary

IPT Associates (IPTA) in Radford, VA, is seeking an experienced Program Manager to serve as the single point of contact for a large enterprise IT services program. You will oversee all contractor staff and activities and ensure work meets contract requirements and standards. This is a full-time on-site role.

You will have authority to commit company resources and make binding decisions while coordinating with stakeholders and senior Government officials.

Qualifications

• PMP certification or DAWIA Level III (or equivalent) in Program Management, plus at least 5 years of experience.
• Experience in computer science, information systems, engineering, business, or a related technical field, and the ability to manage large IT contracts.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, including presenting information to senior Government officials.
• Active Security Clearance Required.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain program plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Manage contract performance, quality control, and risk mitigation.
• Work with stakeholders and raise potential issues with the customer early.
• Lead staff across infrastructure operations, cloud, cybersecurity, application, and service management functions.
