Job summary

IPT Associates (IPTA) in Radford, Virginia, is seeking a Cloud Services Support Lead (Program Manager - Intermediate) to guide a team of cloud architects, system administrators, engineers, and project managers delivering AWS and Microsoft Azure solutions for government and business customers.

You will oversee service agreements, cost estimates, and customer communications, while providing day-to-day leadership and ensuring successful delivery across multiple large projects.

Qualifications

Experience in computer science, information systems, engineering, business, or a related technical field.
PMP certification or DAWIA Level III (or equivalent) in Program Management.
Active Security Clearance Required.
Professional, customer-facing manner.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Experience managing several large projects successfully.

Responsibilities

Review service level agreements, addendums, and cost estimates for customer cloud projects.
Act as the main representative and point of contact for cloud customers on operational matters.
Give the cloud team day-to-day technical and professional guidance and leadership.
Manage several large projects at the same time.
