Compucom Systems, Inc. is seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee large, complex IT projects from planning through delivery. The role involves creating project plans, estimating labor costs, requesting resources, and ensuring deliverables align with SOW and customer needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Project Management, Information Systems or related field.
• 12+ years of related experience in project management, business administration, operations management or IT management support.
• Solid understanding of revenues, margins, and labor cost with ability to apply to financial planning tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide management and oversight of large, complex projects using standard methodologies and processes by directing coordinating, assessing risks, assuring timeline compliance, and making recommendations as needed.
• Have command of the contractual requirements and ensure scope compliance.
• Communicate an understanding of the company's business, strategies, and service offerings.
• Manage the relationship with the customer project manager.
• Assess risk and determine the most feasible alternative.
• Manage budget and financial workbooks.
• Mentor associates and assist with pre-sales activities as needed.
• Other projects and assignments may result and be assigned to accommodate the changing needs of the department and the company.
