Job summary

Charles Schwab is seeking a Senior IT Project Manager Lead to provide leadership for large-scale, cross-enterprise programs within Schwab Technology Services. You will navigate ambiguity, influence across teams, and drive governance, planning, and execution for a major modernization initiative.

You will mentor teams, promote Agile delivery, manage dependencies, and partner with executives to deliver measurable value across the enterprise while maintaining a strong focus on risk management and

Qualifications

• 10+ years of project management experience, preferably within financial services.
• 10+ years of experience leading large, cross-functional, enterprise-wide initiatives with significant business and technology impact.
• Proven ability to apply Leadership and Influencing Others to align stakeholders and drive decisions in a matrixed, fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Agile Fundamentals, Agile delivery practices, Scrum methodologies, and hybrid delivery.
• Strong communication skills translating complex concepts to executives, business partners, and technical teams.
• Experience identifying, assessing, and addressing project risks, issues, and interdependencies through risk management.
• Experience leading multiple concurrent workstreams and driving strategic execution.
• Bachelor's degree or related work experience
