Job summary

The Charles Schwab Corporation is seeking a senior project manager within Schwab Technology Services to lead enterprise-wide technology initiatives for Advisor Services. You will drive large, cross-functional projects, partner with business and technology leaders, and help implement scaled agile practices while ensuring delivery of custodial and trading solutions for RIAs.

Ideal candidates bring 8+ years of PM experience, strong stakeholder communication, and a track record of delivering complex

Qualifications

• 8+ years of project management experience in complex, cross-functional programs.
• Experience launching large products and services and leading infrastructure upgrades.
• Experience with scaled agile and agile frameworks (SAFe) is preferred.
• Ability to prepare and present information to officer-level audiences with clarity.

Responsibilities

• Establish and lead enterprise-wide, cross-functional strategic initiatives.
• Drive large, complex technology projects enabling custodial and trading services for RIAs.
• Transition to scaled agile model and apply traditional PM practices where needed.
• Collaborate with business and technology leaders to prioritize and execute strategic work.
