iVision Consulting is seeking an experienced Program Management Lead to strengthen execution of NIH IT centralization initiative. This senior leader will collaborate with Program Manager and Deputy PM to translate priorities into action and ensure delivery across multiple workstreams.

The role involves mentoring a multidisciplinary team of 20+, coaching planning and execution, and improving governance and stakeholder engagement. Requires US citizenship and Public Trust eligibility.

Qualifikationen

• 15+ years of IT program management or enterprise delivery leadership.
• Experience leading large-scale IT centralization or shared services initiatives.
• Mentor teams across project managers, analysts, and technical leads.
• Strong integrated planning, dependency management, governance, and reporting.
• Ability to explain status and options to executives.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain Public Trust.

Aufgaben

• Translate strategic direction into workstream plans with milestones and measurable outcomes.
• Review execution to identify gaps and implement corrective actions.
• Strengthen integrated planning across parallel workstreams.
• Develop realistic schedules reflecting technical complexity and constraints.
• Maintain visibility into progress and escalate unresolved actions.
• Provide hands-on coaching and mentoring to team members.
• Champion collaboration and knowledge sharing across workstreams.
