This is a senior, permanent position for a program leader who can translate business strategy into scalable IT solutions while aligning business, technology, physician, financial, and vendor teams.

Qualifications

Minimum 10 years in managing programs using SDLC, process management, and org change.
Minimum 5 years delivering large, complex corporate projects.
Minimum 5 years of leading project teams.
Minimum 10 years of managing project budgets; Bachelor's degree or equivalent.

Responsibilities

Lead large, complex programs with multi-stream delivery from planning to completion.
Translate business strategy into clear requirements and gain cross-functional support.
Analyze and manage program plans including scope, schedules, and resources.
Monitor program financials and performance against plan (time, budget, scope, quality).
Oversee IT infrastructure delivery and organizational change management.
Identify, mitigate risks across interdependent projects and programs.
Build partnerships with senior IT, business, physician, and finance leaders.
Review vendor performance, negotiate contracts, resolve invoice issues.
Mentor and coach team members, assess team composition, provide feedback.
