Qualifications

• 10+ years of Enterprise IT Infrastructure Program Management experience
• Experience leading a large team of 250+ individuals
• Must be a U.S. citizen and eligible for a federal security clearance

Responsibilities

• Directs all phases of programs from inception through completion.
• Manages cost, schedule and technical performance of programs or subsystems.
• Negotiates contracts and contract changes, ensures SLA/KPI/OPI targets are met.
• Prepares proposals, budgets, and financial terms; serves as primary customer contact.
• Leads program reviews with the customer on cost, schedule and performance.
• Directs cross-functional teams and coordinates resources to deliver contractual deliverables.
