Job summary

Trustmark is seeking an IT Project Manager to oversee delivery across cross-functional IT teams, ensuring projects finish on time and within budget. You will draft execution plans, assign roles, secure resources, and coordinate releases while managing risks and dependencies.

Responsibilities include stakeholder reporting, SOW negotiations, and maintaining quality and security across the SDLC. You will guide agile product teams and drive continuous improvement within the delivery organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and 6–8 years of related experience, or a High School Diploma/GED with 8–10 years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Leads large IT projects or programs across cross-functional teams.
• Develops detailed project plans with scope, deliverables, timelines and resources.
• Manages risks, issues and dependencies to keep budgets and schedules.
• Creates Statements of Work (SOWs) with internal and external partners.
• Prepares project objectives, funding, staff, and information specifications.
• Ensures deliverables meet quality, security, and SDLC standards.
• Establishes communication plans and provides status updates to leadership.
