Job summary

Tyson Foods, Inc. is seeking a Senior IT Product Owner in Springdale, AR to support planning and execution of application development and enhancement projects to gather market insights and prioritize features for product development.

The role includes documenting requirements with BPMN, creating mockups, and ensuring robust testing across unit, system, and integration levels while collaborating with IT and business teams. A strong background in analytics and process automation is expected.

Qualifications

Translate complex business requirements into detailed functional specifications for enterprise-level application systems.
Design and document workflow/process models using BPMN for system integrations.
Apply Agile and Waterfall methodologies in enterprise IT environments.
Implement process automation to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual workflows.
Perform root-cause analysis for production and pre-production issues.

Responsibilities

Support planning and execution of application development and enhancement projects to gather market insights, conduct user research and prioritize features to drive product development.
Document functional and technical requirements and BPMN workflows to support integrations with approved systems.
Develop mockups and prototypes to validate requirements and gather stakeholder feedback.
Create test plans and develop and execute unit, system, and integration test cases for software releases.
