Job summary

Tyson Foods, Inc. is a leading global food company headquartered in Springdale, Arkansas. The Internal Audit team seeks a data analytics professional to develop analytics and automation solutions across audits, driving evidence-based insights and efficiency.

You will build policy-driven reporting, understand core business data flows, and collaborate with IT and business units to deliver value. Travel and relocation support may be available as part of the role.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to develop advanced Power BI dashboards and visualizations.
• Proficiency in SQL for data querying, transformation and analysis.
• Experience with data analytics and reporting technologies in audit or risk functions.
• Familiarity with IT operations, applications, databases and system integrations.

Responsibilities

• Create risk-focused data analytics and automation solutions for the Audit Service team across audits.
• Develop policy-driven reporting to reduce manual testing and speed audits.
• Understand technology and data flows in core business processes.
• Incorporate data into analytics tools to create visualizations and reports highlighting risks.
• Collaborate with IT and functional teams to ensure data value and alignment with objectives.
• Support on-site analytics for audits and special projects.
• Assist fraud investigations with analytics and liaise with Compliance and Security teams.
