Job summary

NetApp is seeking an IT Product Manager to lead the Recurring Sales, Enablement and Effectiveness product team. You will partner with sales and IT, roadmap and deliver technology services that empower NetApp’s sales org, and manage a matrixed delivery across geographies.

You will guide the design and operation of Sales applications, define AI-driven workflows, and drive continuous improvement with governance and risk management.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 10 years of IT experience with leadership exposure.
• Deep knowledge of sales capabilities: Opportunity Management, Deal Registration, Channel Enablement, Account Management, Pipeline Management and Intelligence.
• Experience with Sales Applications (Salesforce, Oracle CPQ, Anaplan).
• Proven cross-functional collaboration and program management in a SaaS/cloud context.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic delivery of GTM application programs focusing on AI solutions with timely, scoped execution.
• Drive portfolio planning, governance, and alignment with AI strategy and goals.
• Develop charters, plans, and communications to support transformation and risk mitigation.
• Collaborate with IT, Sales, and data teams to deliver AI-enabled workflows and dashboards.
