Job summary

Sprouts Healthy Communities Foundation is seeking a Senior Director of IT Product Management to own strategic plans for IT products across the organization. You will lead a team of IT product managers, drive multi-year roadmaps, and align technology initiatives with business objectives for growth and operational excellence.

The role requires deep experience in product strategy, agile leadership, stakeholder management, and delivering large-scale portfolios across retail technology domains.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in product management with 7+ years in senior leadership roles.
• Experience leading complex IT product portfolios and large-scale strategies.
• Strong knowledge of product frameworks and Agile methods.

Responsibilities

• Own strategic, multi-year product vision for a portfolio of IT offerings.
• Lead roadmap development, prioritization, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Engage stakeholders to manage expectations and communicate progress.
• Oversee budgets and cost allocation with governance of change initiatives.
• Mentor and develop a team of IT product managers.
• Drive agile adoption and end-to-end product management from ideation to launch.
