Job summary

Charles Schwab Corporation seeks a Senior Manager, IT Product Management (PL) to build and lead a high-performing team of Product Owners across multiple Agile teams focused on deposit products and core banking modernization. You will set standards for backlog ownership, capacity planning, and stakeholder engagement in a large transformation.

You will partner with Bank Platform leadership, Deposit Product Management, and Bank Technology, guiding talent development and ensuring delivery readiness

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• 5+ years in product ownership, product delivery, business systems analysis, technology delivery, or related discipline.
• 3+ years of people-management experience or formal leadership of Product Owners or similar roles.
• Strong working knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and scaled delivery practices.
• Experience using AI-enabled tools to improve product ownership and team productivity.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Product Owners supporting growth of deposit products and modernization.
• Establish a clear Product Owner practice with backlog ownership, prioritization, refinement, and acceptance criteria.
• Hire and onboard Product Owner talent and build bench strength for growth.
• Align assignments and capacity to priorities, delivery readiness, and employee development.
• Coordinate with platform intake team for prioritization and partner outreach.
• Deliver presentations on capacity plans and roadmap in a clear structure.
• Coordinate and prioritize reported production issues with platform leadership and production support.
• Build trusted partnerships across Product Management, Bank Technology, Operations, Risk, and other enterprise teams.
