Job summary

You will partner with Bank Platform leadership, Deposit Product Management, and Bank Technology to drive a large-scale transformation, hire and grow talent, and ensure clear decision-making in a matrix environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• Experience leading Product Owners or similar teams in Agile environments.
• Strong facilitation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Product Owners for deposit products and core banking modernization.
• Establish backlog ownership, prioritization, and acceptance criteria.
• Align assignments to priorities and capacity across multiple Agile teams.
• Collaborate with platform leadership and delivery partners to drive roadmaps.
