Job summary

Charles Schwab Corporation is seeking an IT Product Management Manager to join the Bank Platform on-site in Texas. You will translate banking priorities into executable work, own the team backlog, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable banking capabilities.

The role emphasizes agile planning, stakeholder alignment, and leveraging AI-enabled tools to accelerate delivery while ensuring clear acceptance criteria and production readiness.

Qualifications

• Own and prioritize Agile team backlog and translate business needs into epics and user stories.
• Partner with engineers, architects, analysts, and stakeholders to deliver technology solutions.
• Analyze business and technology needs, identify dependencies, and convert ambiguity into clear work.
• Working knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and scaled delivery practices.
• Experience using JIRA, Rally, Confluence, or comparable tools.
• Apply AI-enabled development lifecycle practices to accelerate requirements, prototyping, or delivery.

Responsibilities

• Own, prioritize, and maintain the team backlog in alignment with product strategy and delivery commitments.
• Translate features and business objectives into well-defined epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Partner with Deposit Product Management, business stakeholders, and engineers to clarify needs and inform decisions.
• Facilitate backlog refinement, PI planning, reviews, demos, and other Agile activities.
• Provide clarification and manage day-to-day scope and priorities to maintain momentum.
• Identify dependencies, risks, and decisions; coordinate with partner teams as needed.
• Ensure work is ready for development and traceable to outcomes.
• Support testing, production readiness, and post-release follow-up.
• Maintain backlog health and transparency for teams and stakeholders.
• Use data and feedback to improve requirements and priorities.
• Contribute to Product Owner standards and continuous improvement across Bank Platform.
