Job summary

Experis Technology Group is seeking a Senior Analyst, Sourcing Category Management (Process Improvement) to join their Procurement team. You will support category sourcing, run analyses, and help drive savings through improved processes in EST hours.

The role requires 3–5 years in sourcing, experience with templates and RFPs, and strong MS Office skills. The position offers remote work with competitive hourly compensation and growth potential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, operations, finance or equivalent.
• 3–5 years in sourcing/procurement with solid process knowledge.
• Experience creating templates, playbooks, job aids and training materials.
• Strong contract review, redlining, and negotiation understanding.
• Six Sigma or similar continuous improvement is a plus.
• Experience supporting RFPs and handling supplier documentation.
• Proven spend analysis and total ownership cost analysis skills.
• Advanced MS Office skills and ability to present analyses clearly.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day execution of sourcing strategies for assigned categories and reduce spend.
• Develop award optimization scenarios to minimize total cost of ownership.
• Perform sourcing analysis including benchmarking and should-cost modeling.
• Assist contract management data, addendums, item master sheets, and supplier docs.
• Help track savings with post-implementation variance analysis.
