Job summary

Agropur seeks a Senior IT Functional Analyst – Procurement to optimize Coupa deployments, manage integrations with SAP, Workday, and Maximo, and enhance procurement processes. The role emphasizes collaboration with Finance and IT to deliver stable, scalable solutions across platforms.

The ideal candidate has deep Coupa experience, strong ERP knowledge, and a proven ability to translate business needs into technical designs.

Qualifications

5 years of Coupa experience with API/integration focus.
Minimum 3 years Coupa and SAP experience, preferably S/4 in RISÉ.
Minimum 5 years of technical ERP experience.
Experience with ERP/Coupa implementations, support, and enhancements.
Knowledge of SQL/Transact-SQL and SDLC.

Responsibilities

Configure, maintain, and optimize Coupa, including accounts, categories, and enhancements.
Ensure stability of interfaces between Coupa, SAP, Maximo, Workday, and other apps.
Analyze and resolve technical issues related to applications and business processes.
Define and implement technical solutions with stakeholders.
Gather requirements and translate into functional/technical specs.
Perform testing, validation, and follow-up for system changes.
Support supplier onboarding in Coupa and improve user experience.
Collaborate with Procurement, Finance, and IT to align priorities.
Drive continuous improvement for process efficiency and user experience.
Document configurations, solutions, and test results.
