Job summary

Agropur seeks a Senior IT Functional Analyst – Procurement to optimize Coupa deployments, manage integrations with SAP, Workday, and Maximo, and enhance procurement processes. The role emphasizes collaboration with Finance and IT to deliver stable, scalable solutions across platforms.

The ideal candidate has deep Coupa experience, strong ERP knowledge, and a proven ability to translate business needs into technical designs.

Qualifications

• 5 years of Coupa experience with API/integration focus.
• Minimum 3 years Coupa and SAP experience, preferably S/4 in RISÉ.
• Minimum 5 years of technical ERP experience.
• Experience with ERP/Coupa implementations, support, and enhancements.
• Knowledge of SQL/Transact-SQL and SDLC.

Responsibilities

• Configure, maintain, and optimize Coupa, including accounts, categories, and enhancements.
• Ensure stability of interfaces between Coupa, SAP, Maximo, Workday, and other apps.
• Analyze and resolve technical issues related to applications and business processes.
• Define and implement technical solutions with stakeholders.
• Gather requirements and translate into functional/technical specs.
• Perform testing, validation, and follow-up for system changes.
• Support supplier onboarding in Coupa and improve user experience.
• Collaborate with Procurement, Finance, and IT to align priorities.
• Drive continuous improvement for process efficiency and user experience.
• Document configurations, solutions, and test results.

The Senior IT Functional Analyst – Procurement plays a key role in the configuration, enhancement, and stabilization of Coupa , as well as its integrations with SAP, Workday, Maximo and other applications. The role contributes to optimizing procurement processes, resolving technical issues, and improving the overall experience for internal users.

• Salary scale 006: $ 102 600 to $128 300 (Base salary will be determined based on your academic background, experience, training, and skills related to the position.)

What you’ll be responsible for each day:

• Configure, maintain, and optimize Coupa , including accounts, categories, and platform enhancements.
• Ensure the stability and proper functioning of interfaces and integrations between Coupa, SAP, Maximo, Workday, and other applications.
• Analyze and resolve technical issues related to applications, interfaces, and business processes.
• Define and implement technical solutions that address business needs in collaboration with key stakeholders.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into functional and technical requirements.
• Perform testing, validation, and follow-up for system changes and enhancements.
• Support supplier onboarding in Coupa and contribute to improving the overall user experience.
• Collaborate closely with Procurement, Finance, and IT teams to support business priorities.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance process efficiency, simplicity, and user experience.
• Document configurations, solutions, processes, and test results.
• Provide user support, resolve day-to-day issues, and contribute to user training.
• Stay current on internal technologies and emerging solutions.

The individual who will own this role:

• 5 years of Coupa experience , with technical expertise in configuration, APIs/integrations, and XML.
• Minimum 3 years of combined Coupa and SAP experience , with good knowledge of SAP, ideally S/4 in a RISE environment.
• Minimum 5 years of technical experience with ERP systems.
• Experience with ERP/Coupa implementation, support, maintenance, and enhancements, ideally in manufacturing or distribution environments.
• Knowledge of SQL/Transact-SQL and experience with the SDLC.
• Strong ability to analyze issues, document processes, train users, and collaborate with various teams.
• Assets: Coupa certification, degree, ERP/WMS, SQL Server, and knowledge of manufacturing/quality control.
