Job summary

3M is seeking an experienced USAC Applications Portfolio Manager in Maplewood, MN. The role leads IT portfolio lifecycle, directs resource delivery, and drives regional IT strategy while coordinating with global teams.

You will oversee project prioritization, spend governance, and alignment with corporate standards, with travel up to 5%. Eligibility requires strong leadership and a background in IT or supply chain. Maplewood location preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with seven years of IT or supply chain experience.
• Or a high school diploma with ten years IT/technical experience.
• Five years of supervisory experience is preferred.
• Experience in manufacturing or software portfolio management is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, communicate and direct multiple IT activities, resources and policies.
• Direct lifecycle management of an application portfolio including health and debt.
• Set medium term IT strategy and operating plans with leadership input.
• Manage IT-related spend and establish technology standards.
• Lead and sponsor IT improvement projects and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
• Communicate with leadership and business teams to align projects and changes.
