Job summary

CACI International Inc. seeks two Program Integrators to stand up a new Program Executive Office infrastructure, shaping how AI portfolios and portfolio management operate within a government context. You will forge operating models, governance, and intake processes to accelerate mission delivery.

You will leverage DoD program management experience, agile methods, and Maryland-specific dynamics to navigate agency realities and drive rapid, scalable innovation for national security objectives.

Qualifications

• TS/SCI with polygraph required.
• Twelve (12) years of demonstrated combined experience in DoD program management, contract management, and/or financial management.
• A bachelor’s degree with a business or technical focus is required.
• In lieu of a degree, Project Management Institute PMP certification, Contract Manager CPCM certification, or DAWIA Level III in any focus area, and an additional 3 years of directly related experience for a total of 15 years may be substituted.
• Familiarity with Plan-It is preferred. In lieu of certification, an additional 3 years of directly related experience for a total of 18 years may be substituted.
• Agile acquisition pathway experience.
• Strong proficiency in agile execution frameworks (SAFe, PI Planning, Product Ownership)
• Innovation-focused acquisition strategies over traditional program management
• In-depth knowledge of Maryland Customer acquisition, budgetary, and organizational dynamics.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement portfolio management operating models from the ground up
• Build intake processes, prioritization frameworks, investment decision gates, and governance structures that accelerate mission delivery
• Apply process improvement methodologies to establish agile, scalable frameworks in a high-velocity innovation environment
• Leverage your deep understanding of Maryland-based agency acquisition, budgetary, and organizational ecosystems
• Bridge the gap between industry best practices and agency realities—you know where the institutional barriers are and how to overcome them
• Hit the ground running with your existing fluency in agency processes to meet aggressive standup timelines
• Deploy emerging acquisition pathways aligned with AI and innovation portfolios—OTA, rapid prototyping, continuous improvement models, and flexible funding approaches
• Apply agile execution frameworks (SAFe, PI Planning, Product Ownership) to drive acquisition strategies
• Move beyond traditional program management to enable transformative outcomes
