Zusammenfassung

Everforth Apex is seeking a Portfolio Business Analyst to transform IT portfolio data into strategic decision support. You will work at the intersection of business analysis, data analytics, and enterprise portfolio management, translating Planview and investment data into actionable insights for leadership and partners.

The role emphasizes Power BI dashboards, cross‑org analysis, and AI-assisted analytics to inform a $1B+ IT investment portfolio.

Qualifikationen

Five or more years in business analysis, data analytics, or portfolio management for IT programs.
Expertise with Power BI including data modeling, DAX, dashboards, and accessibility.
Strong knowledge of requirements elicitation and stakeholder facilitation.
Understanding IT portfolio management principles and investment oversight.
Experience analyzing structured datasets and delivering executive insights.

Aufgaben

Engage stakeholders to elicit and manage requirements for analytics, Planview enhancements, and reporting.
Translate needs into requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Design, build, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports for leadership.
Analyze portfolio data to identify trends, gaps, and optimization opportunities.
Partner with Planview Product Owner to improve data quality and reporting.
Develop risk narratives and executive briefings from analytics findings.
Leverage AI-assisted analytics to accelerate insight generation.
