Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited four-year college or university.
• Two years of experience in policy development, legislative work, strategic planning, or organizational change management.
• Excellent written communication skills as demonstrated via application and resume.

Responsibilities

• Develops new or modifies existing operational program policies, procedures, goals, and objectives.
• Collects and analyzes data in workload, operational, business, and managerial practices; staff utilization; and organizational structure and development.
• Monitors and reviews organizational, procedural, and operational systems for effectiveness and collaborates with management to plan and evaluate internal functions and processes.
• Implements operational change management plans and drafts corresponding communications.
• Researches new or improved business and management practices for application to agency programs or operations.
• Analyzes legislation to determine impact on program operations and provides input to related projects.
• Prepares technical records and reports to present data and justify recommendations.
• Conducts readiness assessments for change initiatives and reports findings to management.
