Job summary

Texas Health and Human Services is seeking an Executive Operations Management Analyst IV in Austin, TX. The role provides high-level organizational analysis, operational research, and executive operations support within IT Executive Operations, reporting to the CIO Strategic Advisor.

Primary duties include coordinating priority initiatives, managing approvals, and preparing briefing materials while ensuring timely, accurate responses aligned with executive priorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in public policy or related field required.
• Three or more years’ experience supporting executive leadership in a public sector environment preferred.
• Experience in policy analysis or strategic analysis in governmental or large organizational environments required.

Responsibilities

• Develops executive responses and coordinates across leadership to support timely IT initiatives.
• Researches data to identify problems, root causes, and opportunities for improvement.
• Prepares executive briefings and decision-support materials for senior leadership.
• Monitors executive operations mailboxes and coordinates draft responses with IT divisions.
