The Senior Management Consultant leads organizational studies, assesses processes, and develops change strategies.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of state DFPS programs.
• Knowledge of state and federal statute, rules, regulations, and guidance relevant to program areas.
• Knowledge of state and federal legislative processes.
• Skill in synthesizing complex information into concise materials.
• Skill in policy development and change management.
• Ability to lead and facilitate workgroups.

Responsibilities

• Attends work on a regular and predictable schedule per policy.
• Oversees planning efforts including five-year strategic plans.
• Directs organizational studies and evaluations to improve efficiency.
• Develops and implements evaluation plans with clear priorities.
• Leads organizational change initiatives and training as needed.
• Represents DFPS in external meetings and research efforts.
